RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
All items are thoroughly checked for quality before being shipped. Item(s) may only be exchanged if there is a defect with the item(s) upon arrival. Notification must be made within 5 days of receipt.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES
We have express mail services at many different rates and will ensure your holiday purchase make it to you on time. We ship all orders received online within a few business days. Corvus Noir uses USPS for all shipping which takes approximately 2-5 business days for delivery once items are shipped. Orders are shipped from Austin. Please allow up to 1-2 weeks for total delivery time (although we always try to make sure orders are delivered much sooner if a specific date is requested). All Items are shipped with delivery confirmation, shipping/tracking numbers are available on request. We also ship internationally and the cost varies per country, please inquire.
